It is a few weeks since you sent your e-mail but if your are still interested, I have traced back our family tree to 1551 when the 1st Kilner’s arrived in Kirkheaton. We lived in Kirkheaton 1st before moving to Huddersfield. I have written out most of our family tree so if you would like a copy, just e-mail me at nick.kilner@hotmail.co.uk & I will send to you. Alternatively, most of the tree is on Ancestry.com
My ancestors in the recent past came from Lepton near huddersfield. My Grandfather ran Lion Fireworks in Rowley Hill.
