Hello my grandma moved to Holmefirth during the war, my father and his brothers grew up there. Eventually my father moved to Bradford. He gave me a Fob Medal some time ago which his mother gave him. On the medal the inscription “Awarded to M.Pott, Wooldale AFC 1924 winners medal” is written. I was always told that my grandma worked for Mill owner and that it was given as a gift to her or her husband.
